Account Manager 2 – Target Position Profile The Account Manager (AM) solves critical business challenges and cultivates new and expanded customer relationships. The AM focuses on understanding each customer’s environment and aligning appropriate Ricoh solutions to support mission‑critical goals and objectives through strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers. Job Duties and Responsibilities Execute Business Development - Understand the customer’s environment and open new opportunities with decision‑makers and influencers to generate sales within new and existing accounts. - Increase Ricoh’s market share by identifying and advancing new sales opportunities. Customer-Centric Problem Solving: - Solve critical business challenges for customers, including those identified through research and consultative questioning. - Understand how customers buy—not just what they buy—by focusing on needs rather than predefined products or services.
