What you can expect: We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious People Generalist to help us scale our European team as we grow into new markets and build the next chapter. This is a true end-to-end role: you’ll sit at the heart of our European People function, reporting the Head of People – Europe and working closely with our Group People Teams such as People Enablement, Payroll, Reward and Talent to deliver an outstanding employee experience. If you’re excited by building things from scratch, improving how work gets done, and making a real, visible impact every day, this role is for you. What you’ll do: Work closely together with our central People Enablement team to drive end‑to‑end People operations across Europe - ensuring a seamless, compliant and high‑quality experience for all new hires, employees and leavers. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on key people-related topics, including; performance, talent development, absence, time-off and day-to-day People questions.
