Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Mechanical Craftsperson to join our Kitts Green Team based in Birmingham . Primary Responsibilities: - To provide a professional engineering & maintenance support through the application of appropriate expertise, knowledge and experience. - To focus on the reliability of the plant through planned and reactive (breakdown) activities of yourself and other maintenance personnel. - Have a good understanding of fault-finding methodology. - Ensure improvements are made with regards to reliability. - Participate in RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) of issues - Support, mentor and provide guidance to the apprentice maintenance personnel.
