Job description

As a Global Payments Project Product Controller within the Product Control team in London, you will support the delivery of strategic change initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and the business to assist in executing a diverse portfolio of Merchant Services projects. Job responsibilities: - Support end-to-end project/change delivery for Product Control initiatives, partnering with BAU Product Control teams to assist with scope definition, requirements, operating model inputs, implementation activities, UAT/parallel run support, and post-implementation validation. - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; support the translation of requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and control considerations. - Support the development and documentation of target operating models and process flows, ensuring alignment to existing standards and controls. - Coordinate with the Business, Finance PMO, and Product Control leads to track delivery progress, dependencies, and key milestones across initiatives. - Contribute to project governance by maintaining RAID logs, tracking risks/issues, and ensuring actions are follo...
