Salary up to £80,000 DOE, Welcome Bonus up to £5,000 and Relocation Allowance up to £3,000 We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity for a Director of Practice and Clinical Services to join Rosehill Vets. This is an ideal role for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to combine hands-on clinical work with the chance to shape and lead a well-established practice. You’ll spend around 75% of your time in practice, enjoying a balanced mix of consultations and surgery, while also playing a key role in mentoring colleagues, supporting case discussions and helping develop less experienced vets and new graduates. With access to excellent facilities including digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound and multiparameter monitoring, you’ll be well supported in delivering high-quality care. You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team of vets, RVNs and a dedicated client care team, all based in a welcoming, refurbished practice just outside the city centre.
