Grade 14 (Salaried) Position Description: The Executive Director of Graduate and Postdoctoral Trainee Success will take a leadership role within the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPDS) and build a national reputation for our graduate programs and postdoctoral scholars. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a shared strategic vision with attainable goals for the office, establishing and applying metrics for tracking program outcomes; providing career coaching for the graduate and postdoc community, applying best practices for graduate student & postdoctoral fellows career development as set by AAMC GREAT group and the NPA, establishing comprehensive graduate and postdoctoral training curriculum and hold regular training events.
