This role will build and lead the technology function that underpins EMEA’s marketing strategy, establishing governance frameworks, architectural standards, delivery capabilities and operating models that enable consistent, high‑quality execution across 15+ territories. This is a foundational role shaping how the region adopts automation and AI, manages data, and scales operations over the next 3–5 years. The role will define the future‑state MarTech strategy, govern AI and automation adoption, build sustainable technical capability, and deliver measurable business value through innovation and scale.
