BGS Commercial Modifications Engineering – Safety, Certification, and Performance Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services located in Long Beach, CA, is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modifications and Freighter Conversions Safety, Compliance, and Performance team. As an SC&P Leader, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure the Boeing Safety Management System is implemented into Boeing culture. Understanding the complex integration of airplane systems, human factors, and airplane integration into the operational environment is required in this role. This role also requires knowledge of safety in design, development and release processes. You will have the opportunity to work independently while leading teams tasked with evaluating potential product safety, system safety and certification issues, and making recommendations on behalf of the BGS Chief Engineer for product safety decisions.
