Overview Acuity, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst I to support enterprise IT project management and business analysis initiatives within a federal financial regulatory environment. This role contributes to the execution of low to moderately complex efforts within a high-volume, Agile delivery environment by supporting business process analysis, requirements management, and process improvement activities across multiple concurrent initiatives. The Business Analyst I works closely with program teams and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs, translate them into structured requirements and models, and support implementation, validation, and adoption of solutions.
