Primary Job Responsibilities: Upward Bound Program is a pre-collegiate program based at Rollins College that provides college-preparatory programs and assisting resources to 72 college-bound high school students from Orange County Public Schools District (Jones, Evans, Wekiva, and OakRidge. Our students are motivated learners from socioeconomic backgrounds considered statistically less likely to complete a four-year degree. They range from general level to honors to Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate. The Rollins College Upward Bound Program is seeking highly motivated individuals who believe in the mission of the program. Individuals who are able to work with a diverse population, display dependable characteristics, and work well with others. The person selected for this position is responsible for working cooperatively with the Program Director and Coordinator to ensure an engaged program of academic excellence, diversity and leadership is being facilitated to participants.
