Summary: Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor. Accommodations are available upon re quest during the assessment and selection process. - Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prep and setup of merchandise for ads - Perform resets for assigned departments when required - Assist with merchandise purges when assigned - Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items - Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours - Perform other duties as assigned by management - Two or more years’ experience in merchandising is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent - A combination of education and experience will be considered with hiring preference given to those with at...
