What You’ll Do: - Assess patients’ behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate, trauma‑informed nursing care. - Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care. - Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking. - Monitor patient status on an ongoing basis and communicate significant behavioral or medical changes to providers and the care team. -...
