About your team: We’re a platform engineering team across three regions, building Fidelity’s greenfield internal developer platform on AWS EKS. Everyone contributes to both development and operations of the platform, working iteratively in Kanban. We come from varied specialisations but share the same Extreme Programming principles and pull work from a common backlog. Engineers work across the full feature set, while having space to develop as subject-matter experts in specific areas.
