JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Safety & Compliance is responsible for enterprise‑wide leadership of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), regulatory compliance, and Asset Protection. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to identify, manage, and reduce regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety risk across all club locations and corporate operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, field operations, and cross-functional partners, and acts as the organization's primary authority on environmental health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
