This position is #Hybrid in the Rogers, AR office. You will leverage Walmart’s Scintilla data and proprietary tools to optimize in-store and omnichannel performance, reinforcing Acosta’s position as a Walmart Preferred Service Provider. Provide strategic leadership , support associate growth, and cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning—fully aligned with our core values. - Lead Analytics Strategy - Drive predictive analytics, category management, and client-facing insights using Scintilla data to support Walmart PSP goals and CPG objectives. - Client Engagement - Represent BI Services in client meetings and business reviews, delivering impactful presentations and strategic recommendations. - Team Development - Mentor and train team members on proprietary tools, AI-driven analytics, and Scintilla integration.
