Description POSITION SUMMARY: Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individuals which may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides evaluation/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual and/or group therapy to clients - Develops, monitors, and follow up of client case management treatment plans - Collaborates with other Centennial services providers to engage clients in care - Works with psychiatrist or medical team when client is in need of medications - Coordinates client use of additional Centennial programs and outside community resources - Provide services in a variety of settings - Serve on emergency rotation schedule to provide 24 hour on-call services to emergent situations - Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Center and industry standards - Participates in meetings and in services - Participates in supervision sessions - Performs other job duties as assigned Requirements: EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services Field SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: - Ability to work well with special populations along with maintaining appr...
