Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Check Deli for proper cleanliness and set up upon arrival. - Obtain and assume responsibility for your bank. Handle cash transactions accurately , quickly , carefully and responsibly ( approximately one minute per transaction - Control guest checks to prevent loss, theft or mishandling. Follow property procedures with regard to check issuance and control - Check Micros machines to make sure they are set to the proper menu - Keep all tables and chairs out side Deli clean and presentable at all times - Keep front entrance of Deli clean and presentable at all times - Provide hotel and guest with proper documentation of all food and beverages transactions to maximize revenues and minimize overages and shortages - Report any problems that may occur with service or a guest complaint to management - Have complete knowledge of daily hotel events and hours of operation - Collect payment from guest. Accurately and efficiently count and give change to guest.
