The Position: The Health Information Manager / Clinical Coder is required to assign accurate and timely clinical codes to episodes of care through analysis of clinical documentation using the ICD-10-AM/ACHI classification systems and applying the Australian and State Coding Standards. Trouble shoot and problem solve issues relating to the clinical coding function making coding decisions in consultation with the Australian Coding Standards and Hospital guidelines.
