Position Title: Kids Ministry Director Reports To: Senior Pastor: Position Status: Part Time (20 hrs.) Purpose: Minister to the Kids and families ages birth to 4th grade at Greenville Alliance church. Administer, develop, and implement kids' ministry programs designed to meet the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of the kids, leading them to spiritual commitments and disciplines. Qualifications: Character: Life demonstrates a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Education: Undergraduate degree preferred. Experience: Ability to speak to groups of kids, recruit and work with leaders, and a love for the local church. **Experience working with inclusion and special needs ministry a plus. Requirements: Willingness to become a member of GAC, a passion for and understanding of children age ministries, ability to lead and work alongside others.
