This role partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams to support pharmacy operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily workflow for Compliance Packaging and Shipping teams Maintain and update SOPs; communicate enterprise policy and procedure changes Coordinate with API sites on packaging, shipping, and supply onboarding Manage shipping vendors, courier schedules, and shipping platforms Oversee temperature validation testing and evaluation of new shipping materials Collaborate with Contracting on vendor onboarding, contracts, and capital equipment purchases Coordinate with Facilities and landlords on maintenance, upgrades, and safety initiatives Provide people leadership, including coaching, performance management,...
