About the Team: From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. About the Job: Resolves all supplier related invoice issues, including PO, Self-Purchase Reimbursement, non-PO and Logistics Maintains Blanket Purchase Agreement, Executed Agreement/Contract in system Files negotiated prices, regular price, historical price for Logistics procurement category, and benchmark maintenance activities Distributes documentation such as technical documentation, purchase orders/change orders, weekly project status reports, and follows up on each business unit price enquiries Provides support to Purchasing staff concerning, Office Leasing, Design Change Instructions, Change Order’s, filing and distribution of procurement records Creates RFQ and purchases orders for commitment to suppliers for small...
