Position Overview: As the Catering Lead, you are key to the success of our catering business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our catering business, driving sales through building relationships with local businesses and current guests. Additionally you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate.
