What the Role Entails: Advises the leadership team on management issues and effectively implements new or improved programs, policies, and processes to mitigate risk; Leads, establishes, and implements human resources strategy aligned with overall business plans and objectives. Monitors and ensures full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices; proactively reviews, drafts, and updates internal HR policies and compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Develops and drives local compliance initiatives and projects to ensure organizational adherence to evolving legal frameworks.
