The Process Automation & Business Intelligence Department is responsible for supporting DSV GBS by identifying, designing, and delivering automation, analytics, and digital solutions across various business areas. Our goal is to eliminate repetitive and time‑consuming tasks , improve process quality, reduce Average Handling Time (AHT), and support more efficient and standardized ways of working. The department consists of three teams: In addition, the department acts as the Power BI Center of Excellence (CoE) for GBS, supporting reporting standards, best practices, and analytical solutions. As a member of the Business Process Analytics Team , you will work closely with Business Process Owners, stakeholders, and development teams .
