WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Be a friendly and knowledgeable resource for every customer, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations - Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs - Share the responsibility of running the store with the manager - Operate the cash register and use the computer for business tasks and product research - Keep the store clean, tidy, and attractive by following merchandising standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver a positive experience - Experienced Runner with a love of the sport and of the running community - Part Time Store Assistant manager 20-30hrs/week. - Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running, walking, and fitness environment - Love of learning and ability to grasp new concepts and product knowledge quickly - Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision - Able to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written English - Available weekdays and weekends!!
