An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Insurance Lawyer to join our Professional Indemnity team. Working closely with experienced Professional Indemnity lawyers, you will be immersed in a dynamic blend of insurance litigation matters and provide high level advice and representation which is practical, commercial and addresses the needs of clients. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Analyse matters and consult with clients under direction of the Partner. - Assist with litigation and file management in a proactive and cost-effective manner. - Assist with the provision of written and telephone legal advice to clients. - Develop strategic negotiation and dispute resolution skills. - Effectively manage client relationships, gaining a sound understanding of their needs. - Attend professional conferences. - Assist with preparing and presenting internal CPD seminars and accompanying papers. - Assist with the preparation of tenders to clients. - Conduct research on matters and applicable precedents. - Meet and aim to exceed set targets for billable hours. - Any other duties as reasonably directed.
