Overview Direct Support Professional II - Service Coordinator ASPiRE!, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation ASPiRE! is seeking a compassionate and organized Direct Support Professional II – Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide direct support to individuals, assist with personal care and goal achievement, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans. As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee participant services, coordinate care, and ensure that each person’s needs are met in alignment with their goals.
