Job DetailsJob Location: Fredonia site - Fredonia, NY 14063Position Type: Part Time, 12 MonthSalary Range: $28.21 - $35.96 HourlyBuffalo Hearing & Speech Center is currently looking for a part time Pediatric Occupational Therapist. This position will be located at our Fredonia school working with Preschool special education students. This position will be scheduled to work two days a week, 15 hours. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing OT services to children of BHSC whose ability to function is impaired by congenital or developmental disability, physical illness or injury, through examinations, evaluations, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions for the highest functional outcomes. Essential Functions: Responsible for the evaluation of therapy needs. Participate in the creation of the treatment plan, revising as necessary. Perform occupational therapy procedures as ordered by physician or documented on IEP. Communicate with OT/PT Manager as appropriate to evaluate patient needs. Collaborate with other team members or those individuals designated by the agency (e.g. family members, teachers, speech-language pathologists, consumers, etc.) to facilitate comprehensi...
