Industrial Security Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join the team in Seal Beach, CA. We are looking for a proven security professional with extensive experience managing security programs within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) to protect sensitive government, intellectual, and proprietary information from unauthorized disclosure. The Manager will lead employees to perform security inquiries, compliance assessments, and implementation of security controls in accordance with DIB requirements and government regulations. This role will develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals aligned with both Boeing and DIB standards. The Manager will provide technical oversight of suppliers, lead process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
