Your Tasks: Transformation & Roadmap Coordination: Support implementation of the Legal & People roadmap Track milestones, deliverables and dependencies across initiatives Consolidate inputs from countries and functions Prepare structured leadership-ready status updates: Ensure deadlines and follow-ups are actively monitored and progressed Governance & Reporting Discipline: Maintain and update structured reporting tools (dashboards, trackers, decision logs) Ensure transparency of risks, open actions and mitigation steps Strengthen structured follow-up across Legal & People topics Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as structured interface between Legal, HR, Compliance, Internal Communications and related functions Support alignment across countries: Ensure clarity of responsibilities a...
