FP&A Analyst, Global Business Solution, Poznań Role overview: The Global Business Solution IIT FP&A Team plays a key role in delivering high-quality controlling services and managing IT-related financials across the Carlsberg Group. The team is responsible for global budget planning, cost analysis, asset management, and Intercompany Charge calculations, ensuring compliance with Carlsberg’s standards and guidelines. By providing accurate financial insights and strategic support, IIT FP&A contributes to informed decision-making and drives operational efficiency across the organization What you’ll be doing: - Delivering the agreed scope and processes of the IIT Controlling in alignment with defined objectives - Conducting continuous improvement in operational performance - Supporting functional initiatives and projects within your area of responsibility - Collaborating closely with stakeholders and the HR department to ensure effective cooperation - Making and executing decisions with speed and quality - Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the agreed FP&A controlling scope - Reconciling payroll and travel costs, validating new FTEs/vacancies - FTE and HC figures standard/ad-hoc r...
