Job Description Civil Service Title- Associate Project Manager III This position is assigned to the Division of Bridges Project Delivery Group and reports to the Division of Bridges Chief Scheduler. The Scheduler supports the planning, development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules for the Division’s capital projects program. Under the direction of the Chief Scheduler, the Scheduler assists in developing project schedules, analyzing schedule performance, and evaluating the impacts of changes, delays, and risks. The position works closely with project managers, design and construction teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress, assess schedule health, and support accurate forecasting of project completion. The Scheduler’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting in the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules, including Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, in accordance with established guidelines; Supporting the Chief Scheduler in planning and scheduling activities and in developing time estimates using appropriate calculation methods; Monitoring schedule performance and identifying variances, risks, an...
