Provides patient care, enhances education, and develops customer service skills. Grows and develops skill sets through extensive training, professional projects, presentations, and shadowing. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of and compliance with USP 795 and 800 standards and other regulatory requirements, which allow safe and accurate preparation and/or compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous nonsterile products (both oral and topical), including reconstitution when applicable. - Completes projects and assignments such as topic discussions, journal clubs, clinical rotations, research projects, presentations, professional development, competitions, and simulation center participation. - Dispenses medication and provides counsel on the medication.
