Build KICK’s First Sales Function and Help Define How a Creator Platform Monetises at Scale. What’s in it for you?: Opportunity to assist in building KICK’s Sales function from the ground up within the Growth & Revenue team, shaping how commercial revenue is created across a rapidly growing creator platform. High impact role where deals closed and pipelines built directly drive platform growth. Fast-moving environment using modern ad tech, with real autonomy to test, build and expand what works. Strong visibility, real ownership and the chance to define how KICK monetises its creator ecosystem. Your role with us: Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close across KICK’s advertising inventory, including display, video, sponsorships and programmatic. Focus spans pipeline development, deal execution and commercial strategy within a creator-led streaming environment. Strong digital advertising knowledge and commercial instinct will shape how opportunities are structured and grown.
