Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Job description

We are currently looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Omaha, NE team. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be primarily responsible for delivering dry loads to customer locations throughout the local branch area. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the delivery function which includes safely operating a motor vehicle, delivering merchandise, and customer service. You will be expected to pull and prepare orders to be delivered to customers and ensure that deliveries are timely and correct via established routes. This position will perform warehouse duties when not performing driving duties. What you'll do: - Drive non-CDL truck and follow all safety procedures per company policy - Pull product, load and unload merchandise using forklifts and other necessary machinery and tools - Deliver merchandise and double check order accuracy upon delivery - Perform daily pre-trip, post-trip, and DOT inspections and ensure an orderly vehicle - Complete appropriate paperwork for delivered merchandise - Follow company policies regarding vehicle maintenance, services, and driver policies - Maintain a clean work environment including vehicles and loading do...
