Job Details: Lead D Shift Wednesday 10pm-6am: Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am: $24.10 This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor with product flow and process efficiency, product quality, and team member training. Assists supervisors in overseeing daily activity of Warehouse Department employees. Carries out Lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work and resolving problems. Keep all aspects of inventory accurate. Manage housekeeping throughout the warehouse. Managing the workload through JDA by planning and allocating orders. Researching shorts and discrepancies. Giving direction for trucks to load/ unload. Collaborating with SRC for yard and dock management. Working closely with supervisors to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow. Good email communication. Going on the floor to inspect loads and complete audits. Closing loads on time and accurately providing explanation when loads are late.
