Seasonal Line Cook Tope The Hoxton Portland (operated by Schulte Companies) Tope is a Mexican taco concept celebrating the flavors of Northern Mexico and CDMX, rooted in tradition and driven by technique. This summer, Tope expands into a seafood-driven rooftop program, highlighting local seafood through a modern Mexican lens. Expect rooftop BBQs, collaborative dinners, a high-energy program focused on seasonality, live fire, and coastal cooking. We are seeking a motivated, optimistic Seasonal Line Cook with a passion for tacos, seafood and modern Mexican cuisine. This is an opportunity to work closely with a chef and team with Michelin-starred experience, focused on mentorship, growth, and refinement. We re looking for a cook with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, a passion for hospitality, and team culture. You should bring clean, organized cooking habits, attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a strong sense of urgency. Experience with seafood is a plus.
