Job Description Summary As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for Avio Aero, with dedicated focus on our sites in Southern Italy, supporting hiring across multiple functions. You will manage requisitions from intake to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver timely, high-quality, and diverse hires. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruiting ownership: Manage requisitions end-to-end (posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer) - Stakeholders’ partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR; run structured intake meetings, define role requirements, and build actionable hiring plans to meet delivery timelines. - Sourcing strategy & pipelines: Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other channels. - Candidate experience & standards: Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience and high process quality, including interview preparation, feedback discipline, and clear communication. - Operational excellence & compliance: Maintain strong recruiting hygiene (accurate ATS data, documentation, GDPR/compliance adherence) and apply standard processes in line with company po...
