Summary: Carboline Global, Inc is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer. This position leads and designs lean manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes with the organization. In addition, the person in this position will manage all activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement by employing lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. The person in this role will serve as a key resource to support plant optimization efforts regarding capacity, cost, safety, quality, and environmental improvements. Minimum Requirements: Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules. Ability to use a computer for all company required processes, procedures, and training. - 4 years Chemistry, Engineering degree or Minimum of 3+ years equivalent experience in a CI role - Formal training in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
