4 Day Working Week: - Up to £29.5k pa We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As an Educator at our Putney nursery you will be working with our supportive and passionate team creating our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.: Why you?: - You will be able to facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather. - You will create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore. - You will respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework. - You will be able to observe and document children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs. - You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture. - You will be able to build strong parent partnerships.
