Organisation : Leicestershire County Council Work Location : County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RA Salary : £24,423 - £24,582 per annum (pro-rata for part time) Working Hours: 25 hours a week, 2.5 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon Monday to Friday (term time) Contract Type: Fixed term- 12 months Closing Date: 12th May 2026 Interview Date(s): TBC A unique opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys driving, to drive a County Council operated vehicle to Schools and other locations across Leicestershire during term time. About the Role You will be driving the Council’s Camera Enforcement Vehicle, which is fitted with specialist software, and carry out scheduled patrols at designated locations across the county. These patrols will take place primarily during school start and finish times to support safe and responsible parking in our communities. You will follow scheduled patrol routes to capture evidence of parking contraventions near schools, bus stops, and other designated locations, ensuring all activity complies with relevant policies, legislation, and procedures.
