Structural Steel Fabrication Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: Richmond, VA Shift: 2nd Shift Job Type: Direct Hire Payrate Starting at $32.00/hour+ depending on experience Position Overview: A growing steel fabrication operation is seeking an experienced fabrication leader to oversee second-shift production activities within a structural steel manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting shop operations, supervising fabrication personnel, and helping ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong hands-on fabrication knowledge who can lead teams effectively while supporting production efficiency and quality performance.
