- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, blueprints and quality manuals. - Ability to program CMM is a plus - Knowledge of MS Office Software applications, - Proficiency within a recognized ERP system - Be comfortable working within external party internet portals Education/Experience: - Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement - Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection - Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures - Review customer drawing and requirement and provide quality plan - Participate in internal and external quality audits - Preparing Source Inspection for Aerospace customer - Review and prepare NCR/SRD with customer - Develop Inspection Plan for NPI - Work with Supplier for quality issue. - Update Quality work instruction. - Train inspector team for specific customer requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering - 4+ years' of industry experience.
