Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Children's Residential Program Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA Full-Time & Part-Time Support. Empower. Transform. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence. Your Impact: - Support children with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication. - Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, play, and skill-building. - Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior. - Partner with clinical, educational, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans. - Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and school transitions.
