Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University account, located in Daytona Beach, FL . This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will assist in assisting managing both the front of house and back of house operations for the All You Can Eat residential dining hall on campus. Culinary knowledge is needed within this role, and you should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in food safety protocol, quality standards and customer service skills, as this role covers the 11 station operations.
