Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team! Per Diem – must work at minimum 48 (Group A) or 96 (Group B) hours in a 6-week period. At least 36 hours must be done on the weekend. Two holidays or hard to fill shifts will be required as well. Unit(s): Progressive Care Unit/CVU Med-surg Job Description Summary: The pool nurse is a registered professional who plans and renders nursing care according to the physical of the patient. The expectation is that the nurse will deliver appropriate care based on the admission level of patient within his/her assignment. He/she gives direct patient care and maintains clinical records reflecting the patient’s condition, medication, treatment, examination, and progress according to the Delaware Nursing Practice Act and St. Francis Healthcare's policies and procedures.
