About your team: The Performance Attribution function is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful analysis of investment performance across portfolios, strategies and asset classes. The team operates with two centres of excellence in Dublin (Ireland) and Gurgaon (India). The team explains what drove performance, why returns diverged from benchmarks, and how investment decisions contributed to outcomes, supporting portfolio managers, investment committees, senior management and clients.
