The Apartment Hospitality Manager ¦ La Vallée Village ¦ Permanent Contract /Full time/ On Site Something Extraordinary Every Day™: As our Private Spaces Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring teams while orchestrating highend, personalized experiences and exclusive events for High Net Worth guests. You will act as the conductor of the Private Spaces ecosystem, aligning people, partners, internal departments and suppliers to deliver singular, memorable moments, fully consistent with the Private Client strategy and the Village’s positioning. Through strong presence, empathy and professionalism, you will anticipate guests expectations, set exemplary standards on the floor and ensure a flawless level of execution across all touchpoints. You will also be the Ambassador of Private spaces towards luxury brands trading at La Vallée. You will animate and engage with this community to understand needs and develop joined opportunities. The operational running of the Apartment and the Personal Shopping Suites is a 7-day-a-week facility, and you will often work on weekends and bank holidays.
