Make a Real Impact in a Supported Independent Living Home Zenn Ability is currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Western Sydney . This role is suited to support workers who have hands-on experience in SIL environments or supporting participants with complex behaviours and who are confident working within structured routines and behaviour support plans. Our participants benefit most from reliable, consistent workers who can build strong rapport and work well within a team-based environment. About the Role: You will be supporting participants with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and maintaining structured routines within the home. The current shifts available require the successful candidate to be available for the following shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 5:00pm - 9:00am.
