POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Quote and Order Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing quote approvals, contract processing, and order management while serving as an operational expert and key partner to Sales and Customer Success. This role provides workflow coordination, leadership, drives process improvements, and ensures high-quality execution across quote-to-cash activities. This role actively influences cross-functional alignment, identifies operational risks, and supports strategic business initiatives. This position is based in our San Diego, CA office and requires in-office attendance Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
